When I got started online several years ago, I got overwhelmed fast. I was on many email list of the top affiliate marketers out there. Every single day I would get 20+ emails from them and all were promoting a different offer and strategy to make money online.

Every email I read, I just got more and more confused on what I should do next.

They all had a different answer on how to succeed online. It was so DANG confusing. So I thought I should try a good ole Google search for some other answers. And boy was that a mistake. Talk about going from the frying pan into the blazing hot fire.

Just 30 minutes of searching through Google caused me so much CONFUSION, INFORMATION OVERLOAD, and MISERY that I never went back. It was a complete nightmare.

Affiliate marketing is a real industry and a real business opportunity that can grown to a massive cash producing asset or just use as a side income.

Avoid this mistake by having clear goals about what you want to achieve with affiliate marketing. If you are trying to make it work by watching youtube videos, you are going to have a tough time. Don’t be scared to invest in knowledge that can help you gain more skills. Just like jobs, the better your skill set, the more money you could make.

3 Feet From Gold

This is probably the number one reason many have failed at affiliate marketing. You Quit! Have you heard the story about the gold miners that drilled and drilled for years and didn’t uncover gold in them there hills. So they quit and others came in and found gold 3 freaking feet away. And made millions. How sick would you be?

You have to work on your mindset. I used to think all the talk about mindset was bullshit. But boy was I wrong. I had false beliefs, bad habits, and it wasn’t allowing me to move forward. Garbage In, Garbage Out…
